      1. You can Learn a lot.

      Cons

      1. You have to work daily atleast 14 hours. 2. Saturday Sunday off - but you have to come when necessary (There is always necessity)/ 3. Low salary. 4. You always screwed by manager. 5. Deadlines never postponed. It advances everytime. 6. No documents if you miss a single day within notice-period 7. No culture, only work.

      Always have work aligned for you but it really keeps on improving your skill and you become really good in what you do.

      As In Field like IT as for reaching Deadlines you will have to wait some hours and come on holidays.
