Pros
Good Facilities;
Informal environment;
Flexible Working hours;
Inspiring CEO (Quadros);
Cons
- Lack of interest on what you do, how you feel about your work, your progression - you are just one more there;
- Lack of support on your work;
- They put you doing anything (technical) regardless your area or if is good to improve your knowledge or not;
- Low salary;
- "Learning on the job" it is only marketing. They are like any other company or worse. Like one boss said: "You are here to work, not to learn". True, 90% what I learned was my myself on google.
The only meaningful formation I had, were english lessons.
