Wide array of projects and tasks to work on.
Cons
Projects are intrinsically set to failure due to poor planning, constantly changing priorities and insufficient time allowed for tasks to be completed properly. Countless hours are wasted in meetings that often get derailed. High employee turnover regardless of department is a clear consequence of poor management.
