      Stay away PMs and Engineers. Thankless job with neverending hours - Project Manager iT1 Source Employee Review

      The office is in a good location

      Cons

      They only reward the sales staff They only compensate the sales staff appropriately They expect you to work around the clock there is no such thing as work life balance if you work in the PMO or engineering teams The mission is do anything and everything for the sales staff and the expense of the other 40 people that work there. There is no HR dept. The one HR representative quit 3 years ago and now they only have 1 recruiter they hired somewhat recently. They pressure you to take the Best of the Valley employment survey to convey a false image. It is a small company with a small mind set.

      Pros

      iT1's Culture is amazing-Our work life balance , open door policy & support is exceptional. Ownership ACTUALLY listens to us and implements our ideas. After all, Sales is what pays for everything! ZERO Micro Management ( we all know how well that works) and We are truly a Family. I'm grateful to Love the company and look forward to hitting the office a couple days a week to see co-workers. We have every tool needed at our disposal to be successful . Kudos to Bryan & Guy for building such a enjoyable place to work!

      The only Con I can think of is I didn't leave my previous VAR sooner!!
