The best thing that I've experience on working here is that they motivate their employees. They manage to do activities and events that could help the employees to grow more and enjoy the life while working. Best employees are rewarded and acknowledged. ❤ Best BPO company for me. A company who cares more about their people. 👏
Cons
The challenge as for now is that I can't find any reason to leave the company. 😊
