- Relevant work wages. - Great work culture. - Good talent. - Average contract is always extended.

- Contract work does not always offer extensive benefits and bonuses.

-Truly cares for the employees ( I know a few doesn't, so I wanted to bring that as a top pros) -A lot of opportunities are brought to us by iSphere. -The company representative will be constantly checking with you about the experience with the client. -Very well organized and the process with iSphere is effortless and stress free. -iSphere representative and the team listens and helps you all possible ways and they always make sure we are satisfied and we do not have any problems at work. -Who doesn't love surprises? I have had a lot of surprises in my first year with iSphere. Birthday luncheons and Holiday parties are the highlights. These really made me feel that I am part of iSphere family.
