      Really poor treatment of employees and customers - Software Developer iSpeech Employee Review

      Pros

      Have advanced text to speech software that most companies don't have or can't afford. Opportunity to work with highly intelligent software developers with all-around experience.

      Cons

      CEO does what he wants to do and disregards/ disrespect his own customers. One o the worse CEO I ever met (vulture mentality). No benefits at all. Expect to not get paid for your last weak or 2 at the end of your employment (maybe that's how they make a profit).

      The developers are extremely talented and helped me become a better coder.

      Cons

      No cons at all. just filling up this space to reach the word limit.

      Pros

      Location is close to Newark Light Rail and NJIT and Rutgers Campus.

      Cons

      Little to no time off, promotions and raises are promised and never delivered. No clear management structure leads to reporting to multiple people, each with their own priorities. Expects employees to work overtime, but refused to pay hourly employees for overtime. Refused to pay employees for first two weeks as a "trial period", despite employees actually working during that time.
