iSource ITES Pvt Ltd is my first corporate entry after my PhD. My heartfelt gratitude to my CEO Mr. Sivakumar Sadayappan, who gave a opportunity to enhance my abilities and always stood by as a guiding light in practicing the business as well as coordinating with the employees. It's awesome that whole organization works with ZOHO peopleplus HRMS for a seamless functioning of HR activities and happy to be a part of it and I thank HR team for wonderful coordination. I thank the Management CFO Judith, CTO & CEO, for proposing many training programs to bridging the gaps, even during this pandemic they make sure to have a seamless operations. Being a women, there are times its difficult to manage both work & family but my boss Siva gives my freedom to handle the responsibility with a work-life balance. I started this career up-fresh with iSource with lot of expectations and slowly I realize my abilities. I feel the compassion and transparency at the workplace. lots of work little balance you need to have cusomer facing skills need to use newer tecnologies all the time and this can cause some problems to some of the customers. management strategy is aligned to big names and no room for startups
