pay averag on the low side. no perks like remote work gym lunches. old style of management treat IT as cost centre to be minimised and work you to ground. startup on a limited budget. high turnover people leave after few months days. lack of experienced techs. few nasty people in management. need to work long hours you maybe on call.

You get a paycheck every month

Old technology, the only good thing is they use AWS Horrible overwork culture, you are forced to stay until 8:30pm everyday. Constant turnover, that is why they hire mostly graduates to exploit them as much as possible. The bonus they give for all your extra hours is worth only 500 dollars every year and/or small amount of the ASIC frozen company shares. Don't trust in management, they are deceiving that is why the company is having issues with ASIC, look it up. Even VISA didn't want to keep doing business with this company.
