good location. officein cyprus. opportunity to spend time in cyprus. most eople are nice. interesting projects. use latest technologies. own laptop given.

pay averag on the low side. no perks like remote work gym lunches. old style of management treat IT as cost centre to be minimised and work you to ground. startup on a limited budget. high turnover people leave after few months days. lack of experienced techs. few nasty people in management. need to work long hours you maybe on call.
