Remote work allows flexibility in work space, 0% chance for face-to-face drama and politics

Cons

Expectations of job title do not align with the job tasks assigned. Severely underpaid and consistent with giving extra duties outside of job scope. 0 guidance provided and not allowed to ask questions without belittled and talked down. Ideas are not welcomed. No consideration for personal/off work hours with late night correspondences.
