      Pros

      iscale employees are very attentive and great to work with.

      Cons

      they should filter or at least flag their clients. my experience wasn't the best having to deal with racist clients.

      Pros

      Clients are generous. They give bonuses. HR and admins are approachable.

      Cons

      But once client no longer need you. Iscale will let you go, You can't transfer to a different client. Can't re-apply to iscale for 2 years.
