Some managers seemed to struggle with technical aspects, making it challenging to get solid guidance. * Feeling undervalued was unfortunately common, with little room to voice concerns about our work. * It was almost impressive how my manager could prioritise gossiping over actual work. I never quite understood how he became a manager; his main skill seemed to be spreading gossip among employees, rather than demonstrating professionalism. * No industry standard tools are used here, and yet they expect exceptional results with the provided resources. Clearly, they're aiming for the stars while handing us shovels.
