      Pros

      There are no pros in this company do not join this company and if you are a fresher then this company is the worst place to start your career

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. There is no growth. Management doesn't invest in your personal or professional growth. Salary is very low and they over work you. Leadership mostly the team leaders are bad. They have budget constraints so you are not allowed to use industry standard tools in the projects. They hire you for some role and give any at hand task. ( you are expected to deliver out of your JD) Usually people leave the company within 4 months.

      -great career advancement opportunities -great co-workers -work in a challenging, yet rewarding industry -no day is ever the same, not stuck in a mundane routine - professional trainings are provided and encouraged -compensation is fair
