Pros
iRise are head and shoulders above the rest of the market and have strong relationships with SIs and SAP. They have ambitious leadership, are aggressive, willing to play hard ball with the big boys.
Cons
But....there is a lack of team spirit and could be much better at doing morale building activities. I am still waiting to see if the revenue growth is truly there.
