Pros

- People are nice - Approachable bosses

Cons

- EXTREMELY disorganized it's stressful because you have no idea what's going on. This became even worse during the pandemic and WFH. If you do well in an organized company, DO NOT GO HERE. They said it's a 'start up' style but I have worked at way better start ups, younger than iRipple but more organized. Being a 'start up' style is NOT an excuse to be like this. I don't even categorize iRipple as a start up because they have been operational for more than a decade! - No clear job descriptions. When I was hired I was not given a job description, this was weird because in all my previous jobs I was given a clear job description and responsibilities to sign off on. At iRipple I was not given that so during my stay I'm doing work BEYOND what I applied for and I do not get paid enough for this. I'm doing tasks that were not in the job description when I applied online. - HR lied to me during the interview. For confidentiality, I will not say here what the lie was but HR directly lied to me during our interview when I asked certain questions. - Managers and upper management don't know what they're doing. Their decisions for next steps always feel random and there's no follow through on what the say at times. - Low salary.

Pros

People are friendly and supportive here. When you have questions, they would help you in any way they can

Cons

Products are not stable at all. You are expected to do extended working hours because you have to answer client calls early morning or late at night because there are lots of issues in the product. Clients are always irate because products are not stabe or have bad user interface (very old-school looking)

Pros

Work from home, Hybrid work setup

Cons

The salary is below industry standards, with no regular increases or performance-based adjustments. No bonus. Sudden terminations or layoffs can happen. Lacks job stability and offers limited opportunities for career growth. Without adequate project documentation, there's a risk of miscommunication, and developers may be unfairly blamed if the outcome doesn't align with management's expectations.
