Pros

People with good technical skills, well organised company

Cons

Very unhealthy work environment, poor wages, very few benefits, stressful environment, very authoritarian management structure, tolerated and encouraged abusive behavior amongst colleagues, refused trainings (employees are expected to train themselves whenever they have spare time or during their free time). Technical managers is all powerful and they deal poorly with HR matters (despite the company having an HR department). One cannot bring change because all the managers are friends and support each other no matter how wrong they are proven to be. Employees' opinion is almost always neglected.

Pros

1. Good atmosphere in the office 2. Some colleagues are very tech savvy and they understand how to transform business to technical requirements 3. Work from home is allowed 4. A very good place to start your career. 5. Average wages for Craiova.

Cons

1. The personal career development lacks due to following factors: - no access to learning platforms - no technical communities in which you have knowledge sharing - lack of paid certifications - no budget for conferences or workshops 2. A lot of the procedures in the company are being done, just to get done. They have no real value for the employee 3. No real project opportunities, most of the bids are being lost. There is more of a focus on keeping the current maintenance projects which have a steady revenue but will keep you in the comfort zone 4. There is a lot of focus on integrating from the business point of view with Nagarro which results in a less employee engagement culture. Somehow the "boat" just moves forward with its initial inertia from past years.
