Pros

If you are looking to truly learn about digital marketing and get hands-on experience working with some of the smartest people in the industry, IPR is where you need to be. With COVID and the state of the country and world, having superior management has set IPR up for success. Mike fully portrays what it means to be an amazing boss and leader. His ability to navigate these challenging times has truly been impressive.

Cons

Being on a small team means wearing many hats. That being said, wearing many hats gives you the ability to learn and grow. If you are looking to stay in your lane and not contribute, you will not succeed here.

Pros

• Fascinating clients and huge projects on the cutting edge of SEO, AI, and content marketing. • An encouraged learning environment with constant growth, resources, and support to try new strategies. • No micromanagement. A mature business that allows you to self-manage, produce, and deliver. • Great perks - they walk the walk. I was able to take parental leave after the birth of my daughter and hit the ground running when I returned. • Work-life balance. I can spend time with my family and not feel guilty about leaving work behind.

Cons

• Not necessarily cons, but if you aren't a self-starter or prefer to disappear into a bigger team, this might not be the right fit. • You need to be proactive to receive feedback sometimes.

Pros

iPullRank is an innovative agency striving to be at the forefront of the AI revolution, both in the products it provides to clients and the tools it provides to employees. There are many team members to learn from, and everyone has deep knowledge in at least one area.

Cons

There is a lot of change happening at the agency, which means some processes are being developed as you go. There is high turnover, and your workload and responsibilities can shift quickly.
