      Cons

      It's a start-up managed like a military boot camp. Be prepared to be extremely disciplined and face the consequences for every little mistake that you make.

      Value its employees who are hardworking and sincere. Its an organization that will definitely cherish and nurture your talent and will help you grow there is no corporate politics

      Yes, life at iPros is not easy..constant pressure is there. It makes you ready for life, Its like if you can drive in India, you can drive in any part of the world. If you work at iProf, you will be valued the most in any other organization. Its not a place for lazy people and loosers!
