Pros

Office is modern, spacious and clean. Coworkers are friendly and help each other out regardless of their own workload. Processes are being formulated and input is encouraged.

Cons

No formal training or job descriptions are provided for any positions. Employment security is nonexistent and every employee is fearful of losing their job. Lunches are provided to hold you hostage from taking a break/lunch hour. The product offering/pricing structure changes too frequently to remain competitive within the industry.

Thank you for your feedback. We are proud of our staff and their teamwork. Being a start up we are constantly changing to provide maximum value to our customers and to keep up with business trends. This is a place and position for individuals that want to forge their own way and dive into a start-up atmosphere. We are sorry that you felt that lunches were a way to keep you at work. We provide lunch breaks and other breaks but I believe that the lunches we provided were a nice gesture. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

The salary was not a huge selling feature, but it also did not disappoint.

Cons

I had a very disappointing experience working here. Management was ill-equipped to provide guidance and support to their employees, and I felt like I was simply a puppet in their sales machine. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career. In addtion, I would like to add that the lack of training and development opportunities is a major disservice to their employees. It is important for companies to invest in their employees and help them grow professionally. This not only benefits the employees, but it also benefits the company as a whole. I hope that they will take my feedback to heart and make changes to improve their training and development programs. I believe that this would make the company a more attractive place to work and would help them to retain top talent.
