The flourescent lighting could get a little oppressive

It was a fun atmosphere. Halloween season was crazy but also had the opportunity through the peak busy season to experience a lot of situations that you learn from and can take that experience with you and use it with your future interactions with any job you have going forward. I thought it was a great stepping stone into future management positions I've held since working for Iparty

I experienced blatant sexual harassment during my employment there by a much older manager and to say it wasn't handled properly would be an understatement. But this was years ago and if 23 year old me knew what 42 year old me knows now the situation would have gone much differently
