      Pros

      very few pros to working, especially in the Alpharetta office as the man*gem*nt in place is terrible.

      Cons

      Mentally abusive work environment, and lack of subject matter experts in man*gement, particularly the operations and technology space. Avoid working for this place until new man*gement is in place.

      Pros

      Everyone only cares about what's effective and employees have a lot of agency if they have initiative. I love everyone I work with. Management is hands off if the job gets done. No wasted time in meetings.

      Cons

      Small company: leads to roles getting blended and many hats being worn, there's not as much room to climb as you would in a large company.
