      Very good onboarding experience for junior developers. Nice people Great office and location Good benefits

      Cons

      Low salary. There is no KPI so your salary and position depends just on what your manager says to HR and lead engineer. Bad management, they need to work on it. There is no career path. Unclear projects sustainability and too much sweet talk.

      - developer culture is good - environment is friendly - 35 days of paid vacation per year

      - upper management has no clear vision, they keep altering the requirements without probable justification, which puts a lot of stress upon devs
