Crap company - Anonymous employee iOPEX Technologies Employee Review

Micro management of employees. Employees are treated like donkeys. Mobile phone not allowed (imagine??) Fire and hire cheap people policy. One of the waste HRs in lifetime you can see. Management people are of no use they are just devoted and loyal to the owners that's why they are there. Owners are psychopaths (Like they think 9 women can deliver a baby in one month). They hire only workaholic donkeys and make them their pet. They export workaholic donkeys from Chennai with below average pays to different locations. Only Tamils and some workaholics rule the company..
