Pros
I've been with the company for a little while now, and honestly, it's been a great experience. If you're someone who's looking for a place to grow and take ownership of your career, this is 100% the right environment. It’s very much a "what you put in is what you get out" kind of environment, which I personally love because your effort genuinely matters here and I don't think that's something every company can say.
What continues to stand out is the people. Everyone- whether it be leadership, coworkers, or owners, has been great to work with. Smart, kind, hardworking people who actually care about the work they’re doing. It makes a huge difference when you're surrounded by people who lift each other up and are just fun to be around day-to-day.
Would definitely recommend to anyone!
