Pros
the people are super cool and chill (mainly in 20s up to mid-30s), many are from creative majors. There is no strict hierarchy, and no micromanaging. A lot of opportunity to move up quickly. People are usually competent. Excellent work-life balance - hardly anyone stays after 5:30pm or works weekends.
Cons
Responsibilities are lopsided - people have similar titles, but depending on the department, you may be crazy busy and accountable for a lot of stuff, while others are very slow. Pay is on low side. Benefits are on the stingy side
