Fake. Hierarchy with lots of shadiness and inequality in its composition. Not sure how they determine promotions/raises buts it clear that it’s done through favoritism. Management is shady and really needs to be examined by the federal business bureau. Also, okie lack of diversity is baffling. We had to have a BLM speaker come in to educate our staff—so there’s that.
