Professional employer, questionable management - Anonymous employee iMerit Employee Review

The actual amount of pay is poor. The management seems to be struggling; their metrics are vague and do not reflect the variable nature of their work, they don't seem to have reasonable expectations for employee performance. They seem to lack the skills to help employees meet the expected performance, instead continuing relying on demands and pressure even if those methods are not producing results.
