I have been with iMatrix for almost a year and throughout that time I have seen so many positive changes. The growth is phenomenal and the people who work here are awesome. This year the Human Resources Department rolled out an entirely new (and way better) benefits program. Better healthcare at a lower price and even 401K matching! The owners of the company are people of their word. They have come through on every promise I’ve ever heard mentioned. They provide a great, challenging, and rewarding work environment, many company events, a game room with ping pong and a foosball table, and most recently a full gym! I actually may just sleep here, there’s really no reason to leave the building. LOL Seriously though… This is an incredibly unique company that I’m so grateful to be a part of. They should for sure be San Diego’s Employer of Choice at this point!
