I will be honest..because I do not want 24yrs. of your hardwork and toil to go down the drain because of one big wrong choice...that too when you should start up..and not stoop down! Good points: 1. Chilled out environment..work as you like..how you like..just get the job done. 2. Everyone talks to everyone..and couple of Kapil Sharmas here will help you stay high and not doze off with their..just about humour they themselves dont understand. 3.Everyone is involved in everyones work..so gossips and politics are served over coffee and tea in the cafeteria or on the floor between work...the catch is..you wont get dull here..! 4.You can help your TLs and asst. Managers in drafting mail or phrases because they cannot do so in a senior position..i mean they do not know how to draft a mail..its a pity little job playing with vocabulary that they have a shorthand at...but they can watsapp a book if you ask! You wont have to work here for long...a one year bond to lock you down and then they are famous for their very high attrition rate....check it with the former employees. Ask them for a raise after a year max 3000rs/month or lets better it 40,000rs./yr. Raise to your current ctc and then again a %of it is kept as variable which you will get after another one year subject to condition if your performance is upto standards which again brings you down to hardly 2000rs./month growth to your current in hand salary...are you up for such fast paced growth?

To start off with a good notion and promises of bonuses,incentives..international travel(do you have a passport) or what they call..yeah..Quick growth gets the icing on the cake done for a candidate looking for a job! An MBA fresher offered 12-15k/month(no wonder salaries are not allowed by the HR to be discussed) People working here from past 2-3yrs. Barely have reached 25k..fast growth aint it! Colonized and nuclear parties..skip the national political drama..its all happening here live..bd,marketing or design..its like a parliamentary conference with bjp,aap and spa together! You really wanna fail at the very start of your career in doing a work that requires nothing more than Google search and drafting a mail..then my friend you are no better than a 8th.standard guy and you have in all practicality wasted lakhs of rupees and thousands of sleepless hours for a pile of work with no vision or direction of domain work that core marketing or sales has to offer. If you really think you are worth 15k after an mba or a btech then you can statistically calculate your p.a.%growth which will land you somewhere near 60k in 10yrs....i am sure your Taxi guy is earning more than that today without those degrees or knowledge you have spent years on to reach a potential height. Please cross check with former employees. Do not sign a bond or you will get trapped for a year. Do not get into sweet talks about variables,incentives or bonus(which never happens) what matters most is your IN-HAND salary after deductions which wont even suffice to survive half a month to be honest even if you skip buying cloths or parties forever. Fancy Laptops or chilled working environment with no pressure wont help you grow or learn anything..or pay your bills to have a good social life. You already have friends to chill..and a good lapptop to play games or google. People have a very narrow mindset here that is why they are stuck here either due to lack of knowledge,charisma or very poor communication skills and to hide all these shortcomings they cover it with fancy talks and smiles. If you really value your life..career and the whole motive of getting a job which is money and growth I strongly urge you not to join this company. Do not get swayed away when you get this job easily..they wont pay you well and you wont learn a dime worth your sweat. Profiles or designation given here such as Business Analyst/ResearchAnalyst/MarketAnalyst/Marketing Manager do not carry any weightage or significance in the market or other companies outside since they are not relevant to the job you will do...you will be just called a database/lead generation executive/Content writer/Blogger outside...basically it is something a 12th.pass can do in a much better way. Rest..you are the better judge of your own decision.
