Pros
Employees (developers, PMs) are in general quite competent and cooperative. You will learn a lot of things *not* to do when dealing with clients.
Cons
Senior management does not have good understanding of IT, which is rather problematic for an IT integrator company. Projects and development are almost never implemented with long-term scope.
