      Pros

      They have the best product on the market for their industry.

      Cons

      Constantly changing metrics and milestones. Blamed for past company failures and expected to move the needle while constantly in meetings. No one works together or shares information. You have to run in the dark. Any criticism is met with threat of termination. Competition is taking over the market and winning channel partnerships. CEO expects communication after hours.
