Pros
None that I can think of.
Cons
1. They have hire and fire culture and accuse you of things you didn't do
2. HR is like monarchy, they won't give you a chance to explain yourself with no flexibility.
3. You aren't allowed to postpone calls claiming for personal circumstances because HR is God according to this company.
4. They will give you equipment that won't work
5. They won't mention if it is WFH or work from office in advance, if they call you you have to run to them dropping everything.
6. Their mentors won't tell you what you're doing wrong, fix it or get fired.
7. Salary is peanuts compared to probation period (6 months). Not even 10k a month for freshers. Apply here if you want to sell your soul.
8. HR & seniors expect you to rub their ego all the time.
9. No parking in campus
10. There is only one HR here and she does what Singapore office tells her to, can't think for herself and superiority complex, won't let you explain your own POV without repeating herself.
