Pros
I love this company and am so grateful to spend my workday in such an innovative, progressive, flexible environment among such hardworking, intelligent, creative, and positive people! Doesn’t hurt that our product is something to be proud of, especially as it continues to evolve and draw increasing interest.
Cons
It can feel like a tease to sit in an office with such a gorgeous view of the ocean because there are times I’d rather be outside. But in seriousness, the only real con is the DIY approach to some aspects of operations, which feels temporary and probably pretty common among successful startups- some of our minor internal office systems need to catch up with our rapid growth.
