You will not get any kind of pay rise or review here. The company since 2018 said it wasn’t making enough to give pay rises. Then it went through a buyout process so all pay was frozen then that company was also bought so again no pay rises. Now it is part of Markerstudy but they have already said no one in igo4 is getting a pay rise although their other companies are. They are making everyone fill in completely pointless mid year reviews grading you for no reason. They are terrible and you will not get any opportunity here! 7 years no pay rises!!!!
