Pros
Independent, flexible and very creative environment. Office location is great. The staff is really top notch, I liked working with 100% of my coworkers. They know who they like and really created an environment that makes it fun to be at work.
Cons
Not a lot of direction or supervision, which works better for some people than it does for others. Parent company is old school and benefits are lacking.
