Pros

"NONE". If there were any pros to working here then I wouldn't have been giving this review.

Cons

Understaffed, Poor leadership. This company doesn't value its employees. Hiring and Firing is a joke here. It is impossible to succeed, there are no advancement opportunities. Directors in this company are arrogant. A very dysfunctional company. One good thing, they are profitable (but profit is shared only within directors). If you ever went for an interview with this company just ask them how many employees have they fired till date and how long those fired employees have worked there, you will get a sense of employee retention culture in this company. In bullet points I would just write: -Poor management, micromanagement -Lack of recognition -No opportunity for personal growth

Pros

Very organized, structured, and professional team that takes their time to curate the right professionals that will fit not only the job-based need, but will mesh well with the team and culture. Management are a lovely bunch and value the importance of team building and supporting each other for the benefit of the greater whole.

Cons

As any smaller sized company, there can be some growing pains in terms of landing on best policies or business practices to support growth and, with an ever-changing landscape in eDiscovery, you have to get used to the demands and be ready to pivot.

Pros

I would strongly advise against working for this company. The environment is rife with racism, discrimination, favoritism, and sexism. It's clear that only a select few get ahead, while others are left to deal with biased treatment and unfair practices. As for the so-called "unlimited PTO," it's a complete joke. While they advertise unlimited time off, they'll make your life miserable if you actually try to take more than a couple of weeks off in a year. You’ll be pressured, scrutinized, and criticized for taking time off, which completely contradicts their policy. It's all a facade designed to lure you in, but in reality, it’s just another way for the company to control and exploit its employees. They Exploit Interns for Billable Work!

Cons

You get paid bi weekly.
