The founders have instilled a close-knit, family feel within the company which is a testament to their trusting and caring approach to management. Everyone in the company genuinely cares about everyone else's welfare, whether in work or not. The only company that I've experienced, that actually practices what they preach when it comes to 'zero KPI's' approach. They take any opportunity they can to invest in their teams self-development and professional growth. Always thinking about how they can support everyone to do better. A unique approach to recruitment that really is changing the general consensus on recuiters in the tech market. The London hub has an amazing central office location within a WeWork. Despite this lovely office space, flexibility is encouraged to improve work:life balance with a high amount of WFH/remote working weekly if wanted. (all the tech is provided to set you up from home!) Great social element to the London office (the free beer on tap helps!)
