Immense mutual respect towards how you work. They're all senior staff who treat you as an adult, and expect to receive the same e.g. When living expenses went up they gave the entire company a 2k raise each!
As one of the first, furthest, remote workers, they everything they could to make me not only comfortable but also help include me.
Culturally great, all the people they hire fit well with each other. Also, make an important effort towards being sustainable, aiding the community, social responsibility (large female percentage) and being diverse.
Incredibly open to innovation and new ideas. You think of something, showcase the benefit and you get to champion the entire initiative! More than a few of my ideas were dispersed across the company - as a result you end up selling multi-faceted solutions to client covering many different areas. Which takes it from proffering Recruitment/Talent services to an overall Partnership Solution
