      Pros

      Digital transformation strategy is pretty interesting and I enjoy learning about that.

      Cons

      What a mess. Losing contracts, laying off good people, and pushing everyone beyond what is reasonable to suit the whims of practice leads. People are quitting left and right, and morale is low. I have no idea what to do with myself - I hate it here but the market is bad. Everyone I know here is looking for work. “People don’t leave bad companies, they leave bad leaders”

      - There is a process for nearly everything - Co-workers and leadership are all great - Great pay - Regular syncs to make sure employees are not burnt out - High-profile clients

      Cons

      - Hybrid work model (could be a plus if you like coming into the office)
