Pros
- There was one time the payroll missed my pay which I need to contact the HR, but after that the salary always been paid on time, at the end of the month. Sometimes it can be earlier if there is festive (if someone request)
- There is insurance for outpatient medical. So, no need to claim; but you need to pay certain amount
- The system for timesheet is nice and better than other companies. Timesheet doesn’t become the hassle here
Cons
- Do not have many projects in hand
- The contract is not long
