The interview and hiring process at iCreditWorks was really smooth and straightforward. Everyone I spoke with was kind, clear, and respectful which made the whole experience feel a lot less stressful. Communication was consistent and easy to follow, and I always knew what the next step was. Coming from a compliance analyst background focused on testing and monitoring, I appreciated how organized and transparent everything was. I didn't really run into any major cons during the interview or hiring process. Everything moved smoothly and made sense, so there wasn't' anything that stood out as a negative for me.
