Good benefits and they value employees learning and getting certified

No plans whatsoever for who they hire. I was actively and persistently approached to be hired by them and then upon hiring me, they had no work for me to do whatsoever. Management was non existent, over the course of my employment, I only spoke four times with my manager and that includes the day I was hired.
