      Pros

      The iCompaas team is very task-oriented and flexible about working hours. Besides an hour stand-up meeting per day, the rest of your work is completed asynchronously. Everyone on the iCompaas team is always ready to help you if you have any questions and the atmosphere is very casual and laid back.

      Cons

      The work time isn't very structured so you have to be really disciplined to get things done.
