The team at iCivics is incredibly passionate about supporting educators and everyone on staff believes wholeheartedly in the mission of the organization. The work we do is expanding and in demand, which keeps things exciting and is driving the organization towards new capabilities. Staff turnover is rare, and there are endless opportunity for growth in any role.
Cons
We are experiencing fast-paced growth, so processes, organizational structures, and roles are evolving and not always clear cut. Due to that, sometimes communication across the organization is weak, but it is being worked on and feedback from staff is being solicited to improve gaps.
