- Constant micromanagement - Chaotic workflow and ever-changing priorities - Salary ridiculously low for the skills, effort, and responsibilities expected - Almost no real benefits (the "best part" coffee & tea) - “Hybrid” = remote only if management deems it okay, like when you are sick or have a personal problem, not when it would actually improve productivity - Salary raise only happens if you stay perfectly aligned with management’s preferences, and if it happens it's minimal
