President and his Wife rule the company with an iron fist. Expectations change daily, the president may tell you one thing one day and another the next. Often you are asked to perform duties that you were not told you would need to perform upon hiring, these additional duties will not result in any raise but you will be promised one at some time in the future some day. There are meetings basically every day that typically last an hour with just you and the president. During these meetings he will tell you several things that he wants to get done, these will be in addition to your daily duties. An atmosphere of fear is ever present when management are in, when the president is on vacation or doesn't come in that day (which is never told to employees) the employees are happy and relaxed while completing their work. When the president and his wife come to work they come in at the time they feel like it, this may be 9 AM rarely or it may be 3 PM, you never know. When they come in they might spend most of the day on the phone running another business they are founders of called "USA Benefits Group" or they may have meetings all day with their employees making demands. Usually employees spend most of the day hoping that they will not receive a call from the president to come into his office and be insulted / given a giant project to do on top of their current responsibilities. Management often will lie to employees about where they are (for instance being in Hawaii but stating they are in town), there is a culture of micromanagement at iBoomerang, for instance they recently placed cameras they can watch on the internet all over the office to monitor employee activity. They frequently listen to employee phone conversations, and they also will go through your computer and emails when you are not at work. If you take away one thing from this I want it to be thus: the president and his wife will promise you the world, every employee that works there can attest to the fact that anything they say is likely not the truth, and you will have absolutely no privacy while you work for them.
