      work flexibility with cross functioning teams. good exposure for all tech stacks for get experienced with the cross functional teams.

      Cons

      Full of office politics. partiality for few people. get stuck fully stuck.. replace the roles based on the business requirements, they don't care of anything.

      Work/life balance. Flexible hours as needed. Positive feel at the workplace and they run workplace events that are lighthearted and fun. Good benefits

      Cons

      Pay is low for the industry and I received only two raises over my 10 years there with no bonuses. they don’t promote from within.
