- Lots of exposure and opportunity for personal growth - Ability to have impact and influence in decision making - Access to project work outside your domain, cross collaborate - Things are still raw and forever changing for the best
Cons
Would love a company offsite this year to meet all my fantastic colleagues in person. Gutted I had to do my onboarding virtually instead of visiting Paris branch to network with peers more. But cant help the train strikes.
