Very unprofessional company, stay away.No Scope for Professional Growth and Salary - Anonymous employee iBall Employee Review

It’s a family own business so no scope for new idea and suggestion. Company head office is industrial gala. First thing I shock after joining iball head Office, company do not have toilet facility and cafeteria. (Use unclean public toilet and eat your lunch at your desk). Some employees working at this company are 10th and 12th passing so no management skills. Managers don’t know how to use Excel and English communication. Less salary growth Eg.:If you work at this company more than 4-5 years still you find your salary less than 18k No proper training and support to new employee.
